First the area where the tattoo is cleaned with alcohol and a topical numbing is applied to make the treatment as comfortable as possible. At Impressions MediSpa we also use the Zimmer Cryo Chiller during our tattoo removal treatments. The laser energy is a targeted beam the targets the color/pigment of the tattoo. The size of the tattoo determines the length of time for the treatment.

How Many Treatment are Required?

Tattoo size, placement, color and depth of tattoo determine the number of treatments. Typically dark colors such as black, blue and brown tattoo ink respond extremely well with the tattoo removal laser technology. However treatment sessions can be anywhere from 6-12 sessions.
