Sure, a fast and easy treatment to get younger-looking skin sounds great — but of course, you want to know what it’s really like. We understand that, so we want to give you some idea of what you can realistically expect if you choose to participate in the Accent Your Body treatment.

How it works:

During the procedure, your doctor will use the Accent system to precisely heat the tissue just within your skin’s inner layer (dermis). Depending on the size of the treated area, a treatment may take up to 45 minutes. Following each treatment, you can immediately resume all routine activities. You may notice a slight redness, which should disappear in less than 24 hours. Generally, no more than three to five treatments at two weeks intervals will be required.

After treatment:

Dual-layer RF Thermotherapy causes the deep structures of your skin to tighten right away; results are immediately visible. With time, new collagen develops, further tightening your skin and yielding even more beautiful, natural looking and firmer skin. While just one or two treatments can produce good results, your doctor may recommend follow-up procedures to best maintain and improve your body’s youthful appearance.

Restylane is one of the most popular and effective dermal fillers on the market today. Restylane is injected under the surface of your skin to restore the natural contours of your face. Restylane treatment takes about 30 minutes and the amount of discomfort depends on the sensitivity of the patient’s skin. Lip enhancement can be uncomfortable therefore patients are offered a nerve block prior to treatment to eliminate any pain. The product is injected just below the surface of the skin with a very fine needle.

Patients may require a second visit to achieve a full correction of the area. The body will eventually absorb the product, so ongoing treatments are necessary to maintain results, normally every 6-12 months.
